How do I sign up for The Grassroots Index?
Click Join Free in the navigation. Fill out the registration form, choose your account type, select a membership plan and verify your email. Once verified you can log in and complete your profile.
How do I claim an existing profile?
Register using the email associated with your organisation, navigate to your profile in the directory and click Claim this profile. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
How do I report an inappropriate review?
Click the flag icon on the review, select a reason and submit. Our moderation team will review within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome.
How do I reply to a review?
Log in, navigate to your profile, find the review and click Reply. Keep responses professional — your reply appears publicly beneath the original review.
How much does membership cost?

Both plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I pay for my membership?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never store your card details. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled — you can update or cancel at any time through your account settings.
How are ratings calculated?
Ratings are a weighted average across multiple review components. More recent reviews carry slightly more weight. A profile needs at least 3 verified reviews to display an official rating. Our algorithm includes measures to prevent manipulation.
