2. Service Description

The Grassroots Index is a platform that connects parents with grassroots sports clubs, coaches, specialists, and facilities through reviews and directory listings.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership Plans

• Standard Plan: Free — basic profile listing with up to 3 services
• Premium Plan: £20 per month — featured listing with up to 6 services and priority placement

All payments are processed monthly. You may cancel at any time. There are no refunds for the current billing period except as required by law.

5. Reviews and Content

All reviews must be based on genuine experience, truthful and accurate, free from offensive content, and not defamatory or harmful.

6. Club and Coach Responsibilities

Clubs and coaches must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate safeguarding standards, respond professionally to reviews, and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against others, or to submit false or misleading information.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

9. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly. All memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Grassroots Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
